Insight's training is based around a structured bid simulation exercise originally called Rivercrest.
However the simulation is re-created for each client using real examples and environmental variables from the client's home business sector.
So while the basic principles of good bid management remain constant, each set of delegates can apply them in a familiar business setting. |
