We work with police forces to modernise working practice. We support major change programmes designed to create new ways of working and thinking.

We are helping to implement new technologies and networks which support "inter-agency working"; an emphasis on shared information and workflow which will reduce duplication and deliver more value to the citizen.

As Unity we are working with partners Steria to build sophisticated knowledge management within police forces, so that when people leave, the valuable know-how they have acquired stays put.
