Our approach is based on what we term "sustainable affordability."
We determine the true cost to an authority of its services, and calculate, based on service improvement plans, the additional funding which would be required to achieve transformation.
We then build a private sector investment case in conjunction with one of our technology and change partners, often involving the authority's existing suppliers.

We then establish a commerical and governance structure for the management of services delivery.
This will involve incentives and performance measures based around Comprehensisve Performance Assessment.
We are increasingly applying this model to other types of government agency, such as the Courts services and the police. |
